MØT DR. MARK FRIEND
Dr. Mark Friend har en bachelorgrad i medisinsk vitenskap (fysiologi) og en bachelorgrad i odontologi fra University of Dundee i Skottland.
I nesten 20 år arbeidet han som tannlege i Royal Air Force og den britiske hæren, og bodde og jobbet på mange steder i Europa, Midtøsten, Afrika og Sør-Amerika.
Da han forlot forsvaret i 2018, startet han en karriere som allmennpraktiserende tannlege i Nord-Irland med fokus på restaurativ behandling og tannjustering. Han fullførte videreutdanning med Post Graduate Certificate i restaurativ odontologi i 2019 og i primærhelse-ortodonti i 2021, med vekt først på behandling med faste apparaturer og senere på behandling med usynlige alignere.
Mark begynte i Modern Dental Europe i desember 2024, han har fokus på kundekontakt og klinisk støtte innen SCD UK/ROI TrioClear™-porteføljen, samt utvikling av andre laboratorie-rettede kurs og arrangementer i hele Storbritannia. Mark har en genuin interesse for alle sider ved den tekniske leveransen av tannbehandling. Som barn tilbrakte han de fleste helger på farens tanntekniske laboratorium i Edinburgh, Skottland. Han brenner for å gi klinisk støtte til tannleger og formidle laboratorieløsninger til tannhelse profesjonen.
